CELEBRATION OF LIFE
This celebration is hosted by Hospice Brazos Valley annually to celebrate the lives of loved ones for whom we were honored to provide hospice care for during this past year. This year's Celebration of Life will be hosted at the Brazos Center in October. This live event will include music, light refreshments and meaningful messages from Hospice Brazos Valley staff and leadership.

Remembrance ornaments are a thoughtful way to honor a loved one
while supporting Hospice Brazos Valley's mission to help patients and families navigate their end-of-life journeys. Each ornament is hand crafted of enamel over copper and gold plated. Your ornament will arrive in a gift box containing a remembrance or honor card. Pickup and delivery options available.

SERVICE OF REMEMBRANCE
Each year during the holiday season, Hospice Brazos Valley's Brenham & La Grange locations host the event to honor those who HBV cared for during the previous year. Service includes meaningful messages from the HBV team and memory ornaments. Families are invited to join together for lunch immediately following and share memories.

LIVING ENDOWMENT LEGACY TREE
Hospice Brazos Valley has "planted" a Legacy Tree as a tangible way of remembering your loved ones. We
invite you to remember your loved one with a personalized inscription on a leaf to be placed on the Legacy Tree that is on display at the HBV Bryan office. All proceeds benefit the Hospice Brazos Valley Living Endowment. Click here to download order form for mailing.
